So I read a book called Percy Jackson and the Lightning Theif and it was a comic book. I would have to admit it was kinda boring and I rate it a one. It needed more details I must admit. When Percy got into a fight with Nancy and the water aka Percys power he got in trouble by Mrs.Dodds and they went into a room in the musaum and she turned into a fury yeah well that needed a little more details. Oh and another thing I hated was the fact that they changed to book around and took somethings out added some in such as the fight with Madusa didn't happen yet they fought Titans! Oh yeah that tickd me off a lot! Well I would never recommened that book to anybody!
Hello again. This week, January 8, 2012, I am reading a book called Beastly for the theme Fractured Fairytales for book club. So far Beastly is about a kid named Kyle Kingsbury was in school and everyone was voting for prom queen and king and Kyle was talking to his friend Ty about how they would vote on the popular, good looking, and cool people. Well lets just say that there was a girl that was fat and had green hair! Well as soon as she heard the conversation she was furious. She asked him if that was what he thinks and he said "That is what I know!" and then she approached him. She said and I quote "Then you'd better hopeyou never get ugly, Kyle. You are ugly now, on the inside, where it matters most, and if you ever lost your good looks, I bet you wouldn't be smart or strong enough to get them back. Kyle Kingsbury, you are beastly!" And yeah basically when I was reading this part I wouldn't stop thinking about that. Strange. Mysterious. Chilling words. Kyle was also frightened by the pasific words too. well after thinking about it so long in the gym class he talked to her and said that he'll take her to prom and she said yes! She also told him that she wants a rose. Well the plan he was thinking didn't work because he was going to dich her to go with his REAL girlfriend Kendra. He gave her a white rose after two of the petals fell off and he put tem into his pocket and she didn' t like the rose so he gave it to the ticket clerk and thay started to make in front of Kendra and then Sloane told him that her mom will not be home till 1 and that he could stay a while after prom so he said no then after prom they went to her house and he stayed till 11. He got home and found his bedroom light on and thought the maid was there but no it was Sloane. He actully starts to turn into a Beast and starts hitting her but she is not hurt but in fact she starts to heal.
